the journey...

"Not all who wander are lost" comes from a favorite Tolkien quote and I think it aptly describes both me and my art.  I feel like I am often wandering, exploring, watching the world with big eyes, experiementing, trying new things, and enjoying the journey and process.  My artistic journey began as a child when I would draw and paint all the time, but never in coloring books.  I couldn't and still can't stand to color inside the lines....I concentrated in fine arts in high school and college. I am recently getting back into making more art and this site is and will be a work in progress.  Please check back often and let me know what you think.  I am open to selling my current work and discussing individual comissions.  Feel free to contact me.
